In general, you can visit this Site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Supreme‘s web servers may collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. This data helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how to continually create a better overall experience for them. This data does not include personally identifying information.
Supreme may gather Personal Information so that we can improve and personalize your experience with Supreme. Information that we collect falls into the following primary categories. In order to create an online account with Supreme through iCenter or Supreme Select, you must provide an e-mail address. You may, either upon registering with Supreme.com or any time thereafter, request that Supreme.com not send any further communications to that e-mail address.
DOES SUPREME SHARE THE INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?
We are not in the business of selling information about our users. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with our customers and we treat it with great care and respect. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Information with certain third parties, as set forth below.
Marketing: We may use any statements that you communicate to us through the Site regarding Supreme or any of our products and services for advertising or marketing purposes. In addition, Supreme works closely with certain businesses to provide you with high quality products and services. On occasion, these companies make special offers available directly to Supreme.com customers. You will have an opportunity to receive information about these offers. If you request to receive information about these offers, we will share your personal information with these companies so that they can send you details about their special offers. Supreme employs Digital Certificates, to authenticate that you are transacting with Supreme online, used for the SSL encryption are provided by Thawte (Thawte is a wholly owned subsidiary of VeriSign, Inc.) and automatically use 40, 56, or 128 bit encryption based upon your browser’s ability and security settings (the highest level possible is automatically selected).
At no time is any secure information sent using email or any insecure means.

If you choose to use Supreme’s referral service to inform a friend about our Site, products, or services, Supreme will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. Supreme will send your friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit the site. Supreme may store this information for the purpose of sending this one–time e-mail and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact the Supreme Webmaster at email@example.com to have their information removed from Supreme’s database.
Supreme reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this policy, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Supreme may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time. Supreme may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability. Supreme may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and, upon such termination; you shall immediately destroy all Materials.
If you have received an unsolicited e-mail from Supreme, you may have received it from a third party not affiliated in any way with Supreme. Supreme does not engage in, nor do we condone the practice of sending out mass emails that are unsolicited by their recipients. Unfortunately, some third parties and individuals can create e-mail messages with forged addresses in the FROM: field. This can have the effect of making the message look more legitimate. If you receive such an e-mail, please be aware that these messages originate completely outside of Supreme’s e-mail system and therefore we have little or no control over them. In most cases we may not even know this is taking place.
