It is very rare these days to receive such a high level of professional customer service from businesses. But your team's professionalism and technical expertise is exemplary and I could not resist sending a note to you in recognition of Mike and Bill.

We just wanted to touch base and let you know of our relationship with Supreme, from the onset it has been one of the best “partnerships” we have had in all of our 75 years of doing business.

When we called Mike in to access our situation, and our bad experience with our previous alarm company, he already had his hands full.

The senior members of our company had such a bad taste of alarm companies that they were negative from the get go. Mike was able to access the situation and handle it in a very professional manner. Within a few days we had all of the information which we needed to proceed with Supreme. He successfully “ diffused” the situation, and had the senior members in his pocket, so to speak! (The junior members were already on his side!)

We still had to overcome the installation process with the “higher tech” equipment, lingo and whole concept. That is where Jimmy came in. He made the process look easy, and went about the installation without a hitch, or if there was one, we were not aware. Jimmy and his team were so professional and cordial that they became a part of the Cambria “family.” We were sorry to see him go!

Unfortunately, we have some employees who are not cut from the same cloth as Jimmy, so he and Mike had to return to add more cameras. This once again went smoothly. They all handled the additions with discretion and professionalism. Every member of your team that has been in this establishment has handled themselves with complete professionalism. In business today, that is a rare commodity.
