Robert Bitton, CEO and President

Bob is a seasoned industry veteran with over four decades of experience in security. Robert, who became CEO and President of Supreme in 1964, after succeeding his father, the founder, is responsible for the company’s overall growth and strategic direction. Under Bob’s leadership, Supreme continues to differentiate from the competition, extend additional value to its growing list of customers and penetrate new markets. Bob has also held a number of key positions at leading industry associations including: President of the Central Station Alarm Association, Officer of the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and Treasurer of Security Network of America. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.

David B. Bitton, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Supreme Security Systems, Dave is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. Dave provides guidance and oversees a number of internal departments, including operations, IT, customer service and sales to ensure that the strategic plans of the company are integrated into all key functions of the business. Before returning to Supreme in 2002, Dave worked in web application development at Capital IQ, Inc. and BANKLINK, Inc. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Engineering Sciences from Drexel University.

Frank Razzano, Controller

Frank Razzano has over 35 years of experience overseeing budgetary and financial activities for a number of leading companies. As Controller for Supreme Security Systems, Frank is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting and finance functions, which includes financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Prior to joining Supreme Security, Frank was a Controller for AMTI, Inc., a plastic recycling company, for nine years. Frank has also served as VP Controller for Holmes Protection, Internal Auditor and Corporate Manager of Reporting for Baker Industries, the parent company of Wells Fargo, and Assistant Controller for Wells Fargo Guard Services. Frank is a Certified Public Accountant, and earlier in his career, worked in public accounting for a number of years. Frank holds an MBA in Finance from Farleigh Dickson University and a BS in Business Administration from Seton Hall University.

Steven Susman, Director, IT

Steve has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. As Supreme Security’s Director of IT for the past 17 years, Steve administers all aspects of the company’s information technology infrastructure, advises sales and project management staff on the design of integrated security solutions and provides the senior management team with strategic recommendations on product selection. Prior to his role as Director of IT, Steve served as a central station operator at Supreme. He has also owned his own IT infrastructure company since 1988. Steven currently holds both MCSE and CCNA certification.

Arthur Biroc, Technical Director

Art has over four decades of experience in the security industry. As Supreme’s Technical Director for the past 28 years, Art is primarily responsible for central station receiver maintenance, and new equipement evaluations. Before joining Supreme Security, Art served as branch manager for Babaco Alarm Systems, a provider of security systems and locks to the transportation industry. Prior to Babaco Alarm Systems, Art was a technician at AFA Security Systems, the country’s first Central Station fire alarm company, and Schirmer Alarm Company, an independent fire protection engineering firm.

Frank Benna, Sales Manager

Frank has over 16 years experience helping leading security technology companies generate revenue, improve customer relations and expand market reach. As Supreme Security’s Sales Manager, Frank is responsible for developing and implementing targeted sales plans, penetrating new and existing markets and creating lasting and favorable relationships with key customers. Prior to joining Supreme, Frank served as an Installation and Sales Manager for ADT. At ADT, Frank directed sales, installations and operations activities for the company’s Manhattan branch. He also led a direct sales force that focused on commercial, residential, small business and key national accounts. Prior to ADT, Frank was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Amano Cincinnati, a market leader in time and attendance solutions; there, he led the direct, distribution and e-commerce sales efforts for revenue control and access systems. As Vice President and General Manager for Mitsubishi Electronics America, Frank directed sales, marketing, engineering and product development for the company’s imaging products and broadcast divisions. Earlier in his career, Frank served as Marketing Manager for A T & T. An expert in digital technology and sales strategies, Frank has also been a featured speaker and lecturer at many high-profile industry events and forums. Frank holds an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Business.

Tom Calabrese, Central Station Manager

With over 20 years of industry experience, Tom is responsible for overseeing all facets of Supreme Security’s Central Station. Under Tom’s direction, all central station procedures and guidelines are closely monitored with an eye towards improving the quality of Supreme’s services. Prior to joining Supreme Security Systems, Tom served as Vice President of Operations at SafetyCare Inc. where he maintained the Standard Operating Procedure for the company and developed long- and short-term developmental plans for the operation. Prior to SafetyCare Inc., Tom was Vice President of Operations Quality Management at Criticom International Corp. In this role, Tom oversaw all aspects of management, operations and administration and interfaced with 7,500 contactors and over 900,000 subscribers. Earlier in his career, Tom served as Operations Manager at AFA Protective Systems. Tom holds a degree in Business Management from New York City Technical College.

Scott Beale, Installation/Service Technical Manager

Scott knows the ins and outs of the Supreme business, having worked for the company for the past 24 years. Scott’s experience in the security industry, coupled with his extensive technical skills, makes him an extremely valuable asset to the company. As Supreme’s Installation/Service Technical Manager, Scott is responsible for managing the technical support for both the installation and service departments. Prior to his current role, Scott worked in the burglar and fire alarm installation department at Supreme for seven years.
